Started as a Social Media Intern, went straight to reach Social Media Marketing Manager, took a left from there to do some Customer Support and then a right to Customer Success. Today I stand as the Head of Customer Success and Support at a SaaS startup.
On normal days you will find me tuning out on Pink Floyd and Coldplay. Playing Table Tennis in the evening and reading & writing on Medium. Weekends are reserved for long drives, watching F1, & rooting for Hamilton & Vettel!
